INFORMATION WE RECEIVE

When you email or call us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, preferred visit date, party size, and the details of a private dining inquiry.

Reservations and orders made through an external provider may make relevant booking or order details available to Befikre so we can serve you. Share dietary or accessibility information only as needed to help us respond to your request. Please do not send payment card details or identification documents by ordinary email.

HOW INFORMATION IS USED

We use guest information to answer inquiries, arrange and manage reservations or private events, fulfil orders, communicate about those requests, and address service concerns. Information may also be needed to maintain transaction records, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Consent for a booking or inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to promotional messages. Where consent is required for another purpose, we will seek it separately.

BOOKING AND ORDERING PROVIDERS

Reservation links take you to Toast. Online ordering links take you to DoorDash or Uber Eats. Information you enter on those platforms, including payment details, is collected through the provider and is subject to its privacy notice. Please review that notice before submitting information.

Our links to Instagram, maps, and the virtual restaurant tour also open external services. Those services have their own privacy practices, cookies, and account settings.

WEBSITE AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Website hosting and related infrastructure providers may process technical records such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and access times to deliver pages, maintain security, and investigate errors.

External services you visit may use cookies or similar storage. Your browser settings can help you manage these technologies, although blocking them may affect external booking or ordering features. Contact us if you have a question about a specific service or technology.

SHARING AND PROCESSING

Relevant information may be handled by service providers supporting our email, reservations, ordering, payments, or website operations for the purposes described here. Information may also be disclosed where required or permitted by law, including in response to a lawful request.

Depending on the provider, information may be processed or stored outside Ontario or Canada and be subject to the laws of that location. External providers explain their processing arrangements in their own privacy notices.

RETENTION AND SAFEGUARDS

Guest information should be kept only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including applicable recordkeeping requirements and the resolution of disputes. The appropriate period depends on the type of information and the request or transaction involved. External providers apply their own retention policies.

Personal information must be protected with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please contact us if you believe information relating to your visit has been accessed or used improperly.

YOUR CHOICES AND REQUESTS

You can contact us to ask about your personal information, request access or correction, or withdraw consent where applicable. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Legal requirements may limit what can be deleted or disclosed, and withdrawing information needed for a booking may affect our ability to provide the service. We will explain applicable limitations.

We will update this page when our privacy practices change and revise the date above. An updated policy does not by itself provide consent for a new use of information where additional consent is required by law.
